“La Turata” is the youngest house buildet on the estate. But never the less this tiny house was constructed by the owner with much passion and love. It is a pretty independent house located in acentral position because it nearby the pool. It is furnished in Tuscan style and simplicity, it’s not spacious, but complete equipped and functioning.

Ground floor: living room with a little kitchen area and fire-place, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.

• Barbecue at request,

• Fireplace in the living room

• Playground in common near the pool

• Free supply of bicycles for adults

• Pool in common,  

• Supply of cradles and cots additional,

• Washing machine in common (extra charge),

• Towels (free of charge for the first week),

• Language spoken: English,

• Internet Wi-Fi in all houses free of charge,

• Free parking lots without reservation,

• Reception: office hours,

• Mosquito net: in equipment of the houses 

Conditions:

• Arrival: from 14:00 

• Departure: from 10:00 am 

• Caution: 150,00 € payable at the arrival 

• Animals: to take account request. Preferred small animals. 

• Independent heating: € 4,50/m³ payment evaluates on the consumption. 

Supplementary expenses:

• Tourist tax: € 2,00 for person for four day. Free for child under 12 years.

• Towels: will be charged from the second change.

• Final cleaning: € 40,00 (on request daily cleaning at payment).
